That's Harry Bedrossian on oud--an incredible oud player. I love the solo that starts at around 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Performs mostly on the east coast of the US/New England.
I am actually flying to Hartford Connecticut this November because a bunch of Armenian oud players are going to be playing for a few days including, I
think, Harry.

Amos you can see Harry Bedrossian, Mal Barsamian, and Charlie Dermenjian at the Middle East Restaurant on Mass Ave. I believe that Harry also plays
at Biblous (not sure of the spelling) on Friday nights, in Norwood. I have only seen Harry play the oud once in all the times I have seen him play. I
think he favors the keyboards and HE CAN SING. He is captivating to hear him sing. Mal plays sax with Harry and Charlie plays dumbeg. The trio is
