Nazihs response Oud 974
I just thought it would be fair to share Nazihs response. .
I would like you know the true in Jacob's story although we are living some hard days with the help of God
And my network take off from time to time because the bombardments .
Briefly Mr Andy Jacob ordered oud #974 for 1650$ after seeing its pictures and listening to its sound by phone for 10 minutes
I have shipped it with Aramex inside a soft case and a woodenbox .he got it in the airport then he emailed
Me that I lied to him and I shipped the oud without a woodenbox and the delivering wasn't at his home and the oud has many scatches.(I forgot to tell
you that I asked him to ensure it from his end but he didn't)
I told him I will claim at Aramex for the (loosen)woodenbox and the incomplete delivering and till now Aramex investigate about
That and they sent him an email clarifying what it was happened, and I told him that I will offer him all my help :
· -either he send me back the oud and I will transfer him back his money with a substraction of the cost shipping I already paid.
· -Or as he commands, that I have to send him some materials(6 ebony pegs,bone nut,ebony fingerboard,bridge)and 250$.
He didn't accept to send me back the oud,he accepted that I send him 250$ and the materials.
I have transferred him 250$the first days of the attack 13july( the confirmation is attached)and I have prepared him the materials and told him I will
send him them when I can because the war in Lebanon.
I supposed that I arrived to a fair end of that issue with this man, now I am surprised that Mr Jacob changes his mind,
And he will send me back the oud .
Really I become tired with this man who has every minute a different opinion.
