oud

we all love the oud with passion, but are we able to express how we truly feel verbally? or do we just let the sounds talk for us? which is better?!

i was asked by various people why i love the oud and i couldn't give them a straight answer...

Our passion

Dear friend Nadir.....It' impossible for someone who doesn't feel what you feel, what we all feel about the oud to understand what means the unique instruments for us......
When I broke up with my girlfriend I didn't cry,but when one of my ouds had an accident on the soundboard I cryed like a child.....
For me the oud is more important even and from eyes, because even if I will loose them,I will have the ears and the hands so I can still hear his sound......
I always say that the oud is the voice of our souls.....
....and I can't live without my soul....
I really hope after I die ,in the other life,to have an oud so I can play it....
In that way I will feel that I am in Paradise.....
Regards my friend
