My Great OUD! From Haluk Eraydin

Just wanted to drop a line about my oud that I purchased from Haluk.

First of all, Haluk is one of the most patient and giving person that I have delt with in terms of business. After many emails and questions that he responded promptly and professionally...I chose the Beginner model with a few upgrades....Like ebony pegs and Aquila Nylgut Strings in Arabic Tuning.

I showed my oud to 2 different guitar, violin, and oud Luthiers here in Montreal Canada and after telling them how much I paid for it, they told me in joking "you know it's not nice to steal from ppl" meaning the oud is worth far more than what I paid.

I will definatly be buying more ouds in the future and guess where I ma buying them from! Haluk Thank you very very much!

I will post a sound clip when I have the guts to embarrass myself LOL!

lol....ummm you don't want to hear my playing!!!! Samircanada played my oud and I recoreded a small taqsim on my videocamera....As soon as I convert it ill post it.
