old oud on e bay
An older looking oud just sold on e bay and the seller sent me pictures of the label inside the oud. I was curious to know who the builder was. Could
someone translate from the Arabic? There are three photos, so I'll attach to three separate posts.

I guess I wasted the space, sorry Mike. It sold for $796 US by the way. I hope it is a good oud. Is it rare to find ouds by someone like Abdo
Dagher? Are there older ouds around that are really good but not made by people so famous? I'm just curious.

No problem my man. I just resized your attachments and deleted the larger ones. These are cool pictures.
If you have a chance to get an old Abdu Dagher oud, do so. He is a well respected oud maker...especially his older ouds. Do you have pictures?

I don't have any pictures, but Adel Salemeh has photos of his ouds on his web site:

and one of them is an Abdo Dagher. I'd love to pick up an older oud at some point.
