Can't tell you much about the quality/reliability of the shop and its instruments, as I have never dealt with them before. But the lute is made by
Saadettin Sandi, which is promising.

You ca also see Dimitris Rapakousios site,and ask about his instruments some players that play with.
Many Kretan laouto players play with his instruments .
