Turkish oud for sale
I have a Turkish oud from ATAKAN located on
Ataturk Bulvari, Kovacilar Sk., No : 9/A Unkapani 34230
It was purchased from Turkey in 2000
I got this oud as an exchange for a service for a friend.
it has never been played.
its made of a beautiful Paduk and mohagany.
ebony pegs and nut.
ebony fingerboard with maple inlays.
ebony pickguard.
very low action.
Price is 500$ + shipping.
(in a double cardboard box with bubble wrap and news papers so it doesnt move around.)
Includes a gig bag, mizrab and a set of new d'Addario strings.

I can make a sound file but using a arabic tuning...
it has that beutifull turkish sound but I cant really play like it should be done.
PS: notice my sister creep up on me and scare the hell out of me at the end of the recording.
