Adib Al Dayekh passed away
The great soufi singer, the Imam of lovers, Adib Al Dayekh passed away in silence like he lived, he was one of the last great artists who dedicated
his life for authentic maqamian tarab, singing great poetry and true love.

Once i made listen one of his records to a spanish friend not acquainted with oriental msic but having deep knowledge of flamenco. Totally absorted
and impressed by what he was listening at he did not stopped exclaiming "Tiene duende este hombre".
He singed with "duende", the tarab of flamenco.
