Interesting sound hole designed oud!

I find this design interesting and wonder if it add or detracts from the overall sound. Secondly, if you look at the 3 ouds this person is selling, is anyone familiar with either seller or maker?

That is not an Iraqi made oud, probably Syrian.

they are egyptian ouds actualy.
Ahmed Abdul halim is the maker or the store where they come from.
they are ok beginner ouds but no where near professional quality.

I did restoration on 2 of them.
