Ibrahim Abu-Romano was born 1964 in Yafo Israel.
Ibrahim's father started making ouds as a hobby and after a while he began to make them professinaly. Ibrahim was 7 years old when he started helping
his father making ouds.
Ibrahim build by himself a workshop on the top of the roof in his present house in Yafo. He makes the ouds the same method his father used. The ouds
are Cllassic Arabic and has deep and clean sound. The grip is convenient and precise-it can be made by several sizes. Ibrahim uses Italian coating for
the bowl and natural bee vex for the soundboard so its preservs it.
The quality and beauty are well seen at pictures- they even look better live.
Ibrahim is ready to make ouds by special demands and he also reconstruct old ouds with great care- the last 5 pictures u can see my oud which was
reconstructed by Ibrahim.
