This time around the program did air as scheduled. I didn't have time to watch all of it but (hopefully) have it recorded on tape so that I can view
it later.

Hi Sammy - it was pure luck that I happened to find the
rebroadcast of 'Cities of Light' last night. As I live outside the USA, I do not have direct access to the PBS program schedule - they only provide
this information to US viewers. You should, therefore, check the PBS website for possible future broadcasts of the program in your viewing area.
It all seems a bit 'hit and miss' to me!
