I've been haunted for a while now by XP's "My Pictures Slideshow". It always starts at the same point, not quite random and (apparently) has some
limit on the number of photos.
So after a long search, I found the following freeware that answered almost all my prayers (except for lack of transition and display effects), but
I'm happy about its randomness and it's four way toggle.
