I remember he post a few weeks before a record of Cinucen Tanrikorur on this forum. Try to search for it in the records section of the forum.
He said he made the ud of this artist, but I don't know more about him.

Yes, I have an oud by this builder. His name is Yildirim Palabiyik and the oud I have is really great. The craftsmanship is at a very high level and
the oud sounds wonderful. When I got it the action was very low, which is typical on a lot of Turkish ouds. I prefer an Arabic tuning and action so I
had the bridge raised a bit and I tune it to Arabic Tuning. I really can't say anything bad about this oud. It really sounds and plays great and the
construction is about as perfect as you can get. The person who keeps posting here appears to be selling the ouds for Yilidirm. The person that I
bought the oud from received it with the peg box dislodged, a very simple repair. I think there were some issues between the seller and buyer over
this, but I don't want to comment. The buyer also threw away the rosettes as he was expecting ivory ones. ( I don't know anyone making ivory rosettes
these days) I did obtain a replacement set of rosettes made of animal horn from Yildirim through his agent and he was good to deal with. Hope this
helps.
