I wanted it to work offline from a CD-ROM (which the original can't because of all the Javascript and absolute URLs) so I made a simplified version of
my own (looks almost the same, works faster, will work on almost any browser, and with some link typos fixed so more files are accessible):
In the process of fixing it up I found there were a lot of missing files - 770 of them. So I'd like to find them. I emailed Dr Cerban at the address
on his page, but no answer. Does anyone know how to contact him?
