What is the best string set for oud tuned D,G,A,d,g,c. I prefer higher tension strings, my oud has a really low action. Thanks for the advice,

Hello Stephen,
the best set depends from the instrument, so if you post a bit more informations about your's I can help you more detailed.
But anyway, something may be said in general:
-- my 1st desicion goes to the Pyramid lute strings, I always compose individual sets for my instruments
-- my 2nd choice are the AQUILA strings, they are singing very much - available in 2 tensions and different tunings
-- most sets are with Nylon, but with PVF strings you will get a brighter tone, good if your instrument is a bit too heavy
