Another chance to see Ahmed Mukhtar as part of the British Museum's Babylon season, together with other Arabic Music. By the way, for iranophiles in search of a double whammy, they also have a good Shah Abbas exhibition at the moment.

Thanks Dave , I will be attending wiith some friends and family shoud be a great event , i am attending the Kurdish music event .
I knwo the musicians there, they will be playing some traditional kurdish folk music, instruments used are Santor, Satar,Tar, Drums,Dudek,Kamancha and Balaban,
will be Fun
Hope i can make it to see Ahmed Mukhtar as well.
