Traveling to Dubai
I haven't posted anything in a while but now through a very curious set of events I am traveling to Dubai to teach two Photoshop classes at some
event. So...
I'm wondering if there is some place I can go to see some decent ouds and possibly bring something back. Any suggestions welcome.

Hello Lee,
I visited Abu Dhabi a couple of years ago. It is about an hr. away from Dubai. There is a big musical shop there managed by Mr. Ammar Al Hammoud. I am
sure I have some contacts details for it.
The place is called " Dar El Fan". I got my Iraqi oud from there.
I am in Canada till the 30th. I will dig up the information when I return to Houston and email it to you. However, if you can check my previous posts,
I am sure you will find the information.

I heard that Shahata has opened a shop in Dubai (there is a post about it on this forum.
