oud and harmonica
A lineup I'd never imagined, from a Canadian klezmer group:

The backline is far too heavy and rock-and-roll-ish but there's some good music in there trying to get out.
I've often seen harmonicas for sale in Turkey but never heard anybody doing music in a Turkish style on them before.

I like it when musicians try something "new"
But I have to say I have heard harmonica with oud before.
Rabia Abou Khalil (not sure of the spelling) has a CD feachering a harmonica (nice CD. But can't remember the name)
Thanks for the post

Well it's nice.. I like it
And the mixing is good.. I mean the oud's volume is good with respect to the other instruments.. compared to some recordings in which you can't hear
the oud because of the other louder instruments..

Hi guys- have you come across the eccentric Algerian oud player ( now lives in Paris I think) Abdellah Abdelaziz, usually just called Alla? His CD
Zahra has some very nice mixtures of oud, guitar and harmonica. he also makes his own ouds.
