dadi dd oud string
I've just been given a set of Dadi DD oud string (sic) bought in Morocco by a friend.
Anyone tried these?
On the cover it gives g 1st, 028 (2) nylon
then d,a,e,b,f# highest to lowest, the lower four courses being silver wound.
Inside I found guitar strings packaging, labelled E 1st etc, but containing pairs of oud strings. The highest with a diameter of 0.8mm, which is the
same thickness as the ones I've got now.
Anyone any ideas?
