i'm about to set sail to the middle east in search of a new oud. usually i use couchsurfing (http://couchsurfing.org) to get shelter but somehow it didn't work out perfectly this time. in this context i hope my following question is not
too rude: i'm asking if there's anyone who would like to host me in Syria (Homs, Damascus) and Lebanon (Beirut)?
i offer nosiness in music, talks about the essence of the universe and other casual gifts a modest person can offer.

Did you try L'Hote Libanais? Google them. It's kind of bed & Breakfast basically - more expensive than couchsurfing, obviously, but still somehow
reasonable.
