Hello Everyone,
We are back after a short Summer break and our instrument makers are ready to go again. We offer wonderful Afghan Rubab, Tanbur, Dotar or other
instruments from the region.
Afghan Rubab: Our Rubab are made by one of the region's most famous makers. These are top quality made with fine Mulberry. Decoration can range from
plain to top level designs. Sizes include Folk, Standard and Classical.
Prices are by quotation. Please let us know what attributes you would like and a custom order can be arranged.
Prices range from $400 for standard plain to $2500 for master decoration and high end aged Mulberry.
We have one plain standard size instrument in stock currently for USD$400.00
Afghan Dotar: We now offer wonderful Afghan Dotar for $600 with unfinished Mulberry, fine fretboard and body decoration, 10 drone strings and 4 main
strings.
Afghan Tanbur: Full sized Tanbur $650.00 with 6 main strings, 15 drone strings. Decoration on the fretboard and body.
In stock we have one stained Tanbur for $550.00
Other Afghan instruments are available on request.
