Jerusalem after midnight
This is very annoying,
I want to buy this CD, but there is no way online and no responses to my emails by the bier zeit people.

When I click on the link you posted, a "buy now" button appears on the page, above and to the right of the CD cover.

I get the buy now button for all the other CDs, but not over the jerusalem after midnight one..
