qanun for sell
Hi folks
I know this is not a qanun forum...but...
my brother wants to sell his qanun, its a old proff qanun from Aleppo, its made by the best qanun maker in this time in Syria, Mohammad San (I dont
know exactly how to write his last name)
real good and proff sound.
Qanun + hard case + shipment costs = 1250 USD

I´m living in Spain, but the qanun is in my friend house in Syria.
I was living in Syria for one year making a film about music in Syria, and learning oud with teachers like Husain Sabsaby and Mohammad Qadri al
Dalal.

My brother was working with me and he bought a qanun for learning there, we bought this qanun directly from Mohammad Althan...but finally my brother
decide that the qanun is not his instrument...
When I came back to Spain with all my equipment my bags and my ouds...I cant bring the qanun with me.
I´m waiting for my friend who will come to Spain maybe after Christmas or Febraury...to bring me the qanun to Spain
I have one soundfile with the teacher of my brother playing, I think is in one of my harddiscs, I´ll find it and post it.
About the label , I have no photo, the photos I posted are the photos my brother did to send to one friend when he was in Syria...I´ll speak with my
friend in Syria, he will make a photo of qanun´s label.
Mohammad Althan is the best qanun maker in Syria, great qanun players in Syria plays his instruments, like Ghassam Ammoury or Firaz Sharastan.
Also Mohammad Althan is a great and simple man, I was with him many times in Aleppo
