Hello
i had a very good experience for oud reparing by Mustafa Copcuoglu (Kadikoy)
I think also Huseyin Aktel may help you (n Uskudar)
For sure you will find many oud makers who can assume repairing other ouds also, but at least a personnal feedback
Regards

You can also contact Hatef Shaterian who is working in the same buiding as Mustafa in Kadiköy, he is very kind and honest person. And maybe have more
free time than the others, which you might appreciate.
As he is working in the same building as Mustafa, it's more likely that he would do the work if you ask Mustafa who is quite busy building is own
ouds.
Another advantage, he is the only oud maker who speaks great english in Istanbul( except Faruk Türünz who doesn't make repair).
You can see some of his work on his facebook page.
If you decide to contact him, call him from me.

No I don't own one, but played it in his workshop.
I wish I had spend more time with him but it was taking 3 hours to go and come back from his workshop to our flat....so I was a bit lazy.
We spend more time talking and drinking tea or araq than playing oud.

Disclaimer: I'm still a complete oud newbie, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I've also heard very good things about Hatef Shaterian's
work from people who know what they're talking about.
One other oud maker I've recently heard good things about who does repair and restoration work in Kadiköy is Salih Bilgi. He apprenticed with Ramazan
Calay for a number of years and recently went full time with his own workshop. Check out the photos on his webpage and Facebook page. It looks like
he's doing great work.
