First Arabic Oud
Can someone please help me?
I am interested in learning the Oud.
I have been looking at both Arabic and Turkish Ouds.
Recently I stumbled upon this page via Mike's Ouds and I was really taken by this Oud.
Can someone tell me if this is a good instrument for a beginning player?
Is this a reputable shop and maker?

Hey there, welcome to Mike Ouds
That's a good oud for a beginner, the maker Zeryab makes pretty good ouds even the les expensive ones. I don't know much about the shop so can't
really say anything regarding that

I think the Zeryab Oud you have chosen would be a great choice for a first Oud. In 2019 I visited the Zeryab factory in Damascus and bought four Ouds
of various quality and prices. For friends, family, my Oud instructor and one for myself. We all are very happy with them. Ali Khalifeh jr. was very
nice and great to work with
