This oud was bought for $1,100 + shipping in 2018. This oud sounds fabulous, with a rich low tone, and is visually stunning. I have used it in
concerts and recordings for the past few years and it served me well, but I recently inherited an instrument that is sentimental and I need to reduce
my collection.
It has been seen by a luthier to improve the sound by reducing mass (it was heavily lacquered when I received it new). There is one flaw on the inlay
of the back of the instrument as can be seen in photos. It was like this when I received it. The instrument plays and looks great. Comes with a hard
case.
