Sultan Bashiri Oud (Standard)
Hello all, Hope all is doing well.
I am looking to purchase this oud next week from Sultan Instruments in Turkey,

Does anybody have further information if its good in terms of built quality?

Hi,
I purchased one from the original Bashir workshop at Budapest about 2 years ago before they started making them in Turkey. Mine had a good sound but
was very rough in construction. It didn't have a physical issue but the construction was very messy.
I imagine the Sultan workshop makes a cleaner instrument that the one I had. Can't say I have experience with the sound but I imagine the Bashiri
brand has some standards that would impose a certain level of sound quality control.

Thank you very much for your kind reply, it does really help, the thing is I know Sultan does great ouds so fingers crossed it would not have any
problems.
