Tunning the oud

Hi I had just bought a morrocon oud. My grandfather used to play and had a beautiful oud. I bought this one for him as a present. Hes older now and I dont know much about the oud my question is:
I dont know if it is tuned or not?

If it is not how do I tune it?

A- arabic tuning from bass to treble:c.f.a.d.g.c
B-turkish tuning from bass to treble:d.g.b.e.a.d
those are the 2 most common ways to tune there are also alternative ways to tune like the iraqi tuning which a perfect fourth above the arabic tuning. for a morocan oud u should use the standart arabic tuning:wavey:

Look here at Davids oud site. There is a lot of great information from stringing, tuning and maqamat here.
