John is one of the nicest people I have ever met, period. And I can't think of any oud player more talented than Bilezikjian. His passion for the
oud is overwhelming, and he is one of those players that it is just a joy to be around. His range of material is unbelievable. Turkish, Armenian,
Arabic, Greek, Ladino, American pop and standards, and also some unbelievable classical pieces.
