Oud Pickup
My uncle plays the oud and he used to have a pick up that had a dial on it and that was very powerful. It really made the oud sound awesome. He
doesn't have it anymore but is looking for one. We tried Guitar Center and all the American music stores, but they only have the weak American guitar
type pickups. He would prefer one that has a sound dial on it and has a quarter inch connector. Does anyone know where to get such a thing?

I recently got a Najarian pickup that sounds very warm and natural on my oud. I'm thinking of getting another one for my classical guitar. They are
also $59. The pickup is in a small wooden box that blends in very well with the top of the instrument. You can get them from Viken at http://www.oud.net.
