Do you have the package in wich the strings came in? if not you should email yahia to ask him what it says on the package. Or you could wait to see
Wael. Trust me whatever you do.. Dont force the string if your not shure cuz bad things can happen. I have riped a brige the face right off doing that
because i didnt know how to tune my oud.

I think you have the 4th and 5th strings mixed up - the tuning should be CGADGC. Hope that helps.

Hello Syrianoud,
I restrung my Shehata with Aquila strings this weekend, with a single bass string - I found the Pyramid strings too light, particularly that nylon 3rd
string. They haven't settled yet, but I think the sound is going to be superb. Take care.
