This is one of Mohammad el Qasabjy works (you can find the original record in om Kolthoms song "Raq el Habeeb)
here you'll find the remake of this instrumental by an unknown artist , it is really cool and the second part of it (after the taqaseem) reminds me
with Farid's instrumental "Tootah"
