Want to get into Ouds

I posted on here before but I can't seem to find anything and maybe some new stuff has come up, but I would really want to get into the Oud. I prefer the Arabic style but I hear Iraqi Ouds are in between Turkish and Arabic. What price would a beginner Oud cost?
