My New Oud From AlTayyar Masters
After 4 Months of Fine workmanship Saad and Sabah Al Tayyar have finished this master piece. I know I shouldn't say that about my own oud, but they
have simply amazed me,
It is made of Sycamore Maple for the bowl, Red Cedar for the Top, Ebony for the peg-box and the neck. For the Rosette it is ebony and I think ivory
(not elephant ivory
here are the pictures and hopefully the sound file will be sometime this week.

The perfection does not exist, iit is an objectif never reachable where we allways try to go to. This applies to everything.
This is reason.
I have been admiring the photos (agree with you Mavrothis) but most of all the content of the photos.
I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY MISTAKE OR DEFECTUAL CRAFTMANSHIP,
Pls help !!! i do not want to lose reason.
Am i in front off a perfect thing ??? Anybody there can advise where are the mistake, even tiny, even very tiny....i want to keep my reason.....

I own two ouds, one by fouad Jihad, the other by Saad Altayyar. i love them both, and they are very different. The Fouad has a deep, gentle, and
poetic sound. The Tayyar is more brilliant and has a terrific sustain and vibrato. It has the easiest action imaginable. I always sound better than
I think I really am when I am playing the tayyar.

Thanks a lot everybody.
it is a 7 course with well balanced sound. I am trying to speed up the sound file, but my computer sound card background noise is just to much
(deafect).
Zalzal: i spend 5 mins a day trying to find a gap or misalignment in it with no luck, it is just incredibly well done.
