Ajib Nasif (Naseer Shamma design) rose-wood oud for sale in San Francisco, CA - $500 OBO

Hello,
I have a oud for sale. It's one of Ajib Nasif (Ajeeb Naseef or Ageeb). A friend brought it back from Cairo while attending the House of Oud institute. I bought it in Amman and brought it here to US. I'm going back to Jordan for good and since I have access to very good Ouds there I thought I'd leave this excellent oud here.

The oud says (design by Naseer Shamma) - I know this is controversial, so whatever this signifies.

Oud sounds very nice. I would rate it as a mid-level professional Oud or excellent learning oud, The neck is wide. Floating bridge. Designed to be withstand Iraqi tuning (F to F instead of C to C - 4 notes higher than regular notes).

The strings have been replaced recently using Arabella strings.

pictures and video are available here:

(i'm still learxning oud, so excuse the quality of player :-))

asking price: $550 OBO or best offer - all reasonable offers will be considered
I'm located in Santa Clara (close to San Jose)

Hello Stefan
Ajeeb doesn't change his bracing between 6 and 7 strings oud.
I thing a new nut, and making new holes for strings would not be a huge work with something like a dremel tool.
Just check the neck make 40mm at least at the nut.
Check the opinion of an oud maker about, but I'm not sure you would have to change the piece to tight the strings to the bowl, maybe just filling the previous holes would be enough.
Regards
