Neumann KMS 104 Vocal Condenser Mic - $550
I know this is not an oud, but if anyone is interested in an incredible vocal condenser mic, I am selling my Neumann KMS 104 for $550 including its
original case and clip.
It is like new (it's the kind of mic you take really good care of) and sounds incredibly warm and rich.
Designed for voice, but wonderful for instruments too. Great for recording but I mostly used it in concert situations.
Shipping should not be too bad since it is not large or too heavy.
Thanks,
Mavrothi

Ok, now I'm really curious...
What are you using instead that sounds so good it makes you want to sell this?

The fact is I am barely performing anymore, this is why I am selling this mic.
Are you interested in the mic Sazi?
Thanks,

Unfortunately I don't play enough paying gigs or through good enough systems to warrant the outlay...
I think this mic would work well on a deep bassy oud, mine are high-tuned.
The LF roll-off starts a bit high for my liking, & being designed primarily for vocals the tonal sweet spot of the mic is about 2" away from the
diaphragm, which is a bit closer than I want an oud mic to be.
I would definitely recommend it for vocals.
I wish you a speedy sale. This is a great mic at a great price. (just not for me)
