All Original, not repaired Nahat oud

Hi guys!

This oud belongs to my uncel who is in the hospital and needs to sell it. So if it not sold within a couple of days there will be no need to sell it anymore :(

It is nahat all original (except for the tuning pegs!). And as far as I know it has not been done major repairs on it. I do not have the detail info on it (year, etc..) since I am not in lebanon now.

I still can't post pictures here, but here is the youtube link.

The strings on it are old (needs changing). The video is taken with my Nokia mobile.

The wood might be dead, but the oud is alive.

I am not in the market for a oud of this caliber.
However, i just want to wish your uncle a speedy recovery.

Samir.

I'd join Samir in a prayer for your uncle's complete recovery !
The hell with ouds. It's human who really matters.

Thanks a lot Samir and Alfarabi, and to all who sent e-mail.

Yes, it is the human that is most important.. and the litle dreams..
