Unfortunately not, due to the fact that I got this from Abadi's forum, but I heared Ahmed Fathi was there, and other famous oud players.

Hey Guys,
Im a big fan of Abadi, but that was the most disappointing taqasim Ive heard. The phrases where beautiful, but it was so out of tune and it didnt seem
like he tuned his oud. Otherwise it was fine.

Looks like an unknown oud maker to me. Maybe someone else can clue us in. Haven't seen any of the oud makers we know using rosettes like that.
