After some more research I found the Site of Sacit Gürel. At his gallery the fourth pic seems to be a sehrud.
He built one for the Bezmârâ-Ensemble, as it is told here:
I sent him a mail and hope he'll be so kind to tell me about some details.

That's a great website. You can watch the 4 part bezmara documentary on youtube (how the group was formed and their instruments).

Dear dighom,
Sehrud is a form of oud that does exist only as part of very few performing ensemble of old Turkish music. The most prominent among those ensembles is
of course Bezmara.
Thanks to Bezmara and head master, old Turkish musical instruments came to life once again like Sehrud, Ceng, Daire and others.
Here in this clip you can hear how Sehrud and Sentur sound like.
You will see Sehrud player doing some taksim and then Sentur player.
This is taken from a performance of Bezmara in the legendary ancient settings of Aya Irina in Istanbul.
Hope you will enjoy...

@ damascene_oud:
Yes, thank you.
I would appreciate to get some more detailed technical info, because I planned to build an oud and after I saw (and heard) the Şehrud I thought:
Why not this?
So if anybody can tell me something of the tuning of a Şehrud, the string length and some other measurements I would be glad.

Dear dighom,
I would love to be of a help to you in providing you with such specific technical information about this lovely instrument, but unfortunately my
knowledge in it doesn't go far beyond historical information as well as appreciating it's sound.
But i know someone who would be THE one to answer whatever queries you may have.
This instrument Sehrud along with other old Turkish instruments like Kopuz, Ceng, daire and others were brought to life by the grand master oud maker
Mr. Sacit Gurel, so he will definitely be the one to give you info you need.
But unfortunately Mr. Sacit Gurel doesn't speak English he speaks only Turkish.
So you can communicate with his son Mr. Hakan Gurel at his email, Hakan speaks English.
Hakan's email:

Good luck
