oud player on vacations


hi everyone

few months ago, i traveled to a city n couldnt play the oud for 3 days. when i came back, my hands, specially my right hand were out of service!!!

does anyone know any special exercise to do while we cant play the oud?

What!? out of service after 3 days??!
This can't be true!! How long have you been playing oud?
Do you have any joint-problems?

Anyway, I find stressballs a good way of keeping your fingers "in good shape".

ive been playin' for 3 years. it became like it was after about 10 days.

is that for left or right hand?

I do get slight pain sometimes when i practice for long periods of time. I wanted o ask if anyone knows what I can do to strengthen the the hand and fingers muscles???
