Can we somehow keep forum open?
It's important to observe holidays and celebrate. I am celebrating Easter week as well. But I find it strange that this forum is being closed to
observe one particular religious practice, when the major spirit here is so ecumenical and non-sectarian.
I propose Mike consider letting someone handle what needs to be handled during this week so he doesn't have to, but so people can still communicate.
The sad thing is that this is a COMMUNICATIONS channel for a number of people, and it will be very sadly missed. Easter is supposed to be a joyful
occasion.
Mike, Guys, can you come up with something?

Hi everybody,
I'm with you Tony.
May I ask for the reason of closing the forums for the holy week? Is there any religious reason I don't know that prohibits communication? Or does it
just take too much time to moderate the forums, that Mike and the moderators now need otherwise?
Could someone please help me understand?

As it happens every year since the beginning, the forums are shut down during orthodox easter to in order to allow Mike (the gentleman who pays for
all the web hosting fees btw...) and everyone else involved the opportunity to forget about the forums and concentrate on their family.
If you dont plan to be with family and you are not going to be in full prayer and repenting mode this week, then you will have some time to start
practicing and playing instead of typing 
Dont forget that a large part of easter involves fasting. Including from superfluous things that add to the cluster in our lives such as the forums.
The way I see it is we are lucky the forums are not shut down for 50+ days out of the year.
we all need a break from time to time. you will find when the forums come back after a week of lay off you will be much rededicated.
