The walnut 'theme' carried all the way through the pegs is lovely. Hassan picked out some beautiful walnut for the back as well. All in all a great
looking and cleanly constructed instrument. Thanks for sharing.

Looks really nicely made. I can't imagine buying an oud with a non-adjustable neck, and even though Sukar's mechanism is the most invisible, and Fadi
Matta's the most attractive, it's wonderful that we have one more maker to choose from! How much range in action adjustment does this mechanism offer?
What do you adjust it with?

Well I did not measure the range, but it goes from 1mm to 3mm at the junction between the neck and body that's for sure. The only problem is if the
strings don't have the good tension the fingerboard will not be fixe, so you need good tension from the strings to tighten the whole thing.
To adjust even a pen can do it or a very thin screw driver, it's done in a few seconds.

How large is the soundboard on your oud, I mean length and width?
Beautiful oud indeed, looking forward to hear a soundfile.

My playing is not top shape yet, it won't give the oud justice, will try to post a sound file and give you the dimensions as soon as I have the
chance...
