Saw them last Friday in the UK in Poole on the south coast - absolutely brilliant gig - the interplay and 'telepathy' is astonishing and the pace this
runs at was quite something. I took a guitarist friend with me and he'd never seen anything like it
Have a great gig

Hi Leon
We missed you on Sunday.
Re: the trio, telepathic or extremely well rehearsed. Both probably.
Best Wishes, Charlie

It was a great show...I was excited but never expected to enjoy it this much
I don't know but it seemed to me like it was a combination of practice and telepathy !!!
What I mostly enjoyed is that I finally got to hear the oud, I have been to many performances by musicians who are known for playing the oud but at
the end of the show found that I have seen an oud but have not heard one...not sure if I have explained this point well enough but the takasim in
between the pieces last night by the Joubran brothers were absolutely amazing
Basically...even though they are not playing the oud in a traditional way and have their own style, they have kept the ouds' identity.
Well I got you all a small gift, it's a little clip I was able to record with my phone camera...sorry the quality is not the best but I think it's
decent, hope you enjoy it
