Information about Al Bashir oud
Dear Friends,
Thank you very much for the big interest regarding Al Bashir Oud.
Here is some important regarding the Oud:
The ouds are made by Mr.Azad M Ali (leaving in Amsterdam) he was a member of Al Bajareq (Iraqi music group) in Baghdad it was established by my father
Munir Bashir and become one of his student,later on he started making ouds in the iraqi instrumental workshop,found and directed also by the late
Munir Bashir in Baghdad in the 80's ,today he is one of the finest oud maker which we had authorize to make (Al Bashir) oud accompany with the
foundation and Omar Bashir .
This oud (Al Bashir) is made according to Omars oud sizes, neck is (18,5 ),and from (sysem wood).
We are located in Budapest,Hungary our workshop in Amsterdam.
The box is made exclusively for Al Bashir ouds .please see pictures in attachments.
