Here's a great case in my opinion:
It's by Ibrahim Sukar, who makes really good ouds. The site is in arabic, so just follow my directions if you don't read arabic:

First click the 3rd menu from the left, that will take you to the oud page, with addtional menus, then click the first from left in the sub menu
(below the orginal menu) The case is the right.

Although I sent email to Ibrahim Sukar, no reply comes from him.
To the site of Sukar, although a picture can be seen, a character cannot be read. Is there any site of his English version?
