Crete seminar 2012
Hi all 
I read on LMW website that winter and spring seminar began on january last year.
I don't know if each winter and Spring they organize new calendar of seminar ... 
Do you think that the economical problems of greece prevent their plans for 2012 session ?!

Usually Labyrinth Workshop ogranises the same seminars that they do on Summer. So the oud, ney, etc. masters give seminars on a regular basis, twice a
year.
In fact the winter seminars starts around March each year. So I hope that new seminars will be announced soon and the economical situation dont
affect them.
But it's sad that we dont have arabic oud seminars on a regular basis....

Last year Hazem Shaheen has given an arabic oud seminars during summer but they have had a special story around him ... 
I am sure they will invite another great arabian oud player to teach this style ... Why not Samir Joubran ? Joseph Tawadros ? Anouar Brahem ? Taiseer
Elias ? ... List is very long ...
We could also imagine an electro oud seminar with mehdi haddab ? great player !!

I don´t kow if the staff who organize the event read the forum...but I would say Mustafa Said for a master class on arabic takasim. He is great for
that, and I would be glad to provide them his mail if they need ( via U2U of course ).

so the economical crisis didnt effect music !!
Hope there will be an arabic oud seminar also....

I asked them about a probably oud seminar with yurdal tokcan in spring.
They answer me the next seminar with him will be in summer ...
...and for an oud seminar they said "we dont know that yet" ...
it was yesterday !...
But today the entire plan is adjust ...
No OUD seminars ...
