This is by Kareem Roustom, he lives in Boston and plays with the Sharq Ensemble as well as writing music for films.
Last time I talked to him, he didn't seem like he was hoping to sell it, so I doubt he would mind if some people got use out of it.

It was good of you to check. When I talked to him a couple of years ago, it didn't sound like he had any interest in a book.
