Omar was invited as guest director of the Arab Music Ensemble (ASWAT) in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We just had a concert on June 3, last weekend. He will leave for Jordan soon.

I met him 2 weeks ago and am doing
intensive with him on techniques, maqam study and taqaseem.

He has an amazing teaching method, and has written 6 books from beginner to master level.
He teaches at the Jordan Academy of Music.
