What's Up with Studio 52?
Does anyone have any insight regarding the Thessaloniki Greek music store and web site Studio 52?

I have found their customer service perfectly acceptable in the past, but I made an order 6 weeks ago (3 CDs) and have not received nor heard
anything. My credit card was charged (just got the bill!). I have sent them two follow up emails, but have received no reply.
I know times are tough, but you'd think they really want my (repeat) business now.
HELP!!!!

Hi
I ordered two cds from them about 8 months ago. The delay was more than 2 months. They answered emails, not all the time, with at least a week of
delay also. They said that they had problems for getting the cds from the editor.
But finaly the cds arrived.
