Statics, a small composition
Would like to hear opinions about this music, it is a small piece called Statics.

I used my Ghadban and was after a sound that goes with the images of a cold, yet sunny, winter day

Thank you all for your kind words, This oud by Nazih is 4 years old, it has a punch almost like floating bridges although it is a fixed bridge.
And yep Leon, "Lonely Djinn" is still my favorite too, but a man got to keep trying

Hi Alami
I missed an 'n' out of djinn more of a djin and tonic. You have very definately moved on but it reminds me a little of that piece when I played it
... I like this piece also, and the mountains.
That Ghadban is sounding good and strong.

Here are the pics OF
Nazih called it the black oud, it is not really black but it is dark indian rosewood. On the pics the oud is Stringed with the original Aquillas by
Nazih, they are good, more Arabic sound but they don't last long.
The recording was done with Pyramid Lute, i got them from Matthias, I think it is the set 75 + the ff, they were already pretty okd when I did the
recording.
